Alibaba Group Holding Limited (NYSE:BABA) today announced that Toby Xu, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, will succeed Maggie Wu as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2022.
Maggie Wu will remain as a partner in the Alibaba Partnership and serve as an executive director on the Alibaba board.
Daniel Zhang, Chairman and CEO of Alibaba Group, commented:

He swiftly demonstrated his solid capabilities and leadership in response to our continually evolving businesses.
