About CMS Prime
CMS Prime is a established broker since 2004. CMS Prime has a headquarter in United Arab Emirates. CMS Prime to provide their Forex/CFD trading services to global clients.
Is CMS Prime regulated?
The very first thing that caught our attention was the broker’s licensing measures. We’re not going to go too deep with this but it suffices to say that the SVGFSA license from St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the VFSC license from Vanuatu don’t really convince us in CMS Prime’s reliability.
Given the suspicious nature of these licenses, the process of CMS Prime trading gets far less stable and secure, even though the broker claims to store its clients’ funds on segregated accounts.
The platform claims that CMS Prime is the brand of CMS Group, and Capital Market Solutions Inc. is its affiliated company. It also claims to be a financial derivatives broker holding Vanuatu VFSC 40437, Mauritius FSC GB19024331, and St. Vincent FSA 24495 IBC 2018 regulatory licenses.
The screenshot of the platform claim is as follows:
Is it regulated?
We have found CAPITAL MARKET SOLUTIONS INC. on the official websites of St. Vincent FSA and Vanuatu VFSC, but the URL is not registered, so we cannot verify that it is indeed the company, and St. Vincent FSA does not regulate financial derivatives! In addition, we searched for the company name on the official website of FSC Mauritius, but found no results.
The screenshot of the query result is as follows:
So, as we’ve just said in the previous chapter, CMS Prime claims to be a regulated Forex brokerage who ensures that its clients’ money is in safe hands. However, the licenses that the CMS Prime Forex broker lists here are, suspicious. Obviously, there is a big problem with the platform!
