Last Friday, Leonard Curtis, the Joint Special Administrators of the collapsed broker SVS Securities PLC, has issued a notice informing that their work in the Special Administration of SVS Securities was complete. This is the Administrators’ final progress report to creditors and clients.
The Administrators have applied to cancel SVS Securities’s FCA registration. In December, Leonard Curtis announced that it was intended to make an application to Court for an order bringing the special administration of the Company to an end in early 2023.
The Administrators have filed a copy of this final progress report with the Registrar of Companies, together with the requisite notice. The Special Administration will cease to have effect when the Registrar of Companies registers these documents. SVS Securities will be dissolved three months after that date.
