eToro expands crypto offering by adding CELO

Online broker eToro remains true to its ongoing commitment to offer its clients a broad variety of cryptoassets. Today eToro announced the addition of CELO to its crypto lineup.

CELO is a token aimed at making it easier to settle payments in cryptocurrency anywhere in the world between mobile devices. Instead of physical banks, this blockchain is aiming to turn phones into banking devices. Token holders are able to vote on initiatives, such as making CELO a carbon-neutral blockchain.

The launch of CLGD brings the total number of cryptoassets available on eToro to 41.

Traders now have access to CLGD alongside BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, XRP, DASH, ETC, ADA, XLM, EOS, NEO, TRON, ZEC, BNB, XTZ, LINK, UNI, COMP, AAVE, YFI, MANA, ALGO, MATIC, BAT, MKR, ENJ, FIL, DOT, SOL, ATOM, GRT, CRV, 1INCH, SUSHI, $CHZ, QNT, AXS, and MIOTA.

For now, these new assets are not being launched in the US.

Earlier in November, eToro made four new crypto assets available to trade: Chiliz, SUSHI, Quant and Axie. In October, the broker added ATOM, GRT, CRV and 1INCH to the crypto lineup.
